Damien Del Duca handles all types of real estate, land use and commercial matters. He represents developers, owners, tenants, non-profits and individuals involved in the acquisition, leasing, financing, land use development, condemnation and all other aspects of real estate and other commercial matters.

Client Work

Damien’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and development including acquisition, land use approvals, leasing and financing of a wide variety of retail, office, industrial and residential projects throughout the Eastern United States. He handles all types of land use approvals in New Jersey. He represents developers, landlords and tenants in all types of  leasing, acquisition and financing transactions and regularly appears before planning boards all over New Jersey as well as NJDOT, DEP and all other types of government agencies. He also represents borrowers in various types of commercial and real estate loans. Damien has extensive experience in land title matters and his practice includes litigation involving real estate and commercial issues since it is crucial that your lawyer understand your business when disputes arise. Damien’s clients include publicly-traded international companies, many local businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals who need timely, efficient and personal service.

Recent work includes:

  • Completed all aspects of de novo development and acquisition of a 90,000 sf supermarket with a liquor store and pad. Brownsfields site acquisition from City via a Redevelopment Agreement and creation of a commercial condominium. Damien’s services included obtaining all land use approvals, expediting the redevelopment process, acquisition, creation of condominium, leasing and assisting in complex financing. This project was approved, acquired and construction commenced within six months of signing of the agreement.
  • Negotiating complex commercial condominium documents for a class A urban mixed use center.
  • Various land use litigation, including successfully defending multiple appeals of land use approvals.
  • Representing the purchaser of 250,000sf class A office space in a distressed condominium at a sheriff’s sale.
  • Representing the purchaser of a 90,000sf, Class A office building in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.
  • Representing the developer of a 300+ acre mixed use development in New Jersey’s Pinelands.
  • Obtaining all land use approvals for a 150′ cell tower.
  • Representing developers of warehouse industrial parks involving millions of square feet of warehouse of space.
  • Obtaining all land use approvals for a non-profit organization devoted to providing shelter and vocational training to displaced single mothers clients and their young children.
  • Closing on over One Billion in loans for various projects.
  • Negotiating many ground, retail and office leases.
  • Representing property owners against NJDOT and other agencies in condemnation and relocation of access cases.
